? Lead and coordinate asbestos abatement projects
? Ensure strict safety protocols are followed
? Conduct on-site inspections & assessments
? Train and supervise a skilled abatement crew
? Guarantee compliance with all regulations

Requirements:
?? Asbestos Abatement Certification (or willingness to train)
?? Experience in asbestos abatement or demolition is a plus
?? Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations
?? Physically fit: Able to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, and wear protective gear
?? Excellent communicator and team player
